These terms govern your purchase of goods from BARQ through this website. By placing an order you accept them.

We describe our products as accurately as we can, including full material and construction specifications. Garment measurements are taken flat and may vary by up to one centimetre.
Screens render colour differently. Stone, Graphite and Black will not appear identical on every display.
Your order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch, not when you place it.
We may decline an order where an item is out of stock, where a price or description was published in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we have taken payment and decline the order, we refund it in full.
Prices are shown in UAE dirhams. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
VAT treatment is being confirmed and is stated on the Shipping & Returns page. Prices and any applicable tax will be displayed clearly before you commit to pay.
We ship to the UAE, the GCC and internationally. Delivery estimates and costs are published on the Shipping & Returns page.
Delivery estimates are estimates. Customs clearance on international orders is outside our control, and any import duties are the recipient's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.
Unworn, unwashed items with the hang tag attached may be returned. The window and process are published on the Shipping & Returns page.
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights in respect of goods that are faulty or not as described.
The BARQ name, the BARQ symbol, the wordmark and all site content are owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.
Buying a garment does not transfer any rights in the brand or its designs.
We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
The specific emirate and forum must be confirmed as part of the legal review.
