Your shopping bag is stored in your own browser using local storage. It never leaves your device and we cannot see it.
No account system, payment processing, analytics or advertising tracking is connected at present. That means this site currently sets no tracking cookies and transmits no personal data to us or to any third party.
If you email us, we hold that correspondence in order to answer you.
Before launch this site will connect a payment provider, an order system and an email platform. When that happens this policy must be updated to name each processor, the data it receives, and where that data is stored.
Expected categories: name, delivery and billing address, email, phone number and order history. Card details are handled by the payment provider and are never received or stored by us.
Personal data is processed to fulfil your order, handle returns, provide customer support, and — where you have opted in — to send you marketing about drops and restocks.
Marketing consent is separate from purchase. You can withdraw it at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email, without affecting your order.
Order data is shared with the courier fulfilling your delivery and with the payment provider processing your transaction. It is not sold, and it is not shared for third-party advertising.
The specific processors must be listed here once contracted.
Order records are retained for as long as required by UAE commercial and tax law. Marketing contact details are retained until you unsubscribe.
The applicable retention period must be confirmed with a tax adviser and stated here.
You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to us and we will respond.
This policy is intended to align with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data. Confirmation of compliance is part of the required legal review.
If this policy changes materially we will update the date below and, where the change affects how we use your data, tell you directly.
